International Pan-Asian Culinary Invitational (IPACI)

IPACI started in 2015 with the aim to create a dialogue between communities through something we all enjoy every day – Food. The program emphasizes creativity that transcends culinary boundaries of heritage or culture, discovering uncharted territories in fusion cuisine. This year IPACI will be taking place during 2018 TAIWANfest in both Toronto and Vancouver. The program brings together communities and individuals to celebrate our diverse culture through the culinary skills of the chefs.
